We are aware of an intermittent connectivity issue related to POP and IMAP connections. This may cause an error similar to “Error establishing connection to the incoming email server” in email clients. Checking the mailbox after a few minutes should succeed. Our network engineers are working to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the intermittent connectivity.
Updates will be posted to this alert as more detail is available.
