Report a Server Outage in Seconds with PowWeb’s SPI

They call it the Service Perception Index. According to the description, it is designed to let customers report slowdowns or non-functional services. Their network operations team monitors customer-reported feedback in real time, and attempts to respond to spikes in reports of poor performance accordingly.
