Some old threads on their forum show that a resource center existed before but it was discontinued when they went into a server-wide ‘migration’.
The PowWeb Resource Center, according to Joshua, is a collection of web hosting-related articles. Everyone is encouraged to write articles and submit them via the said resource center. This is probably another way of reviving their user-help-user environment which was one of the main reason they became one of the top shared hosting company. Based on several threads on their forum and some web hosting community boards, they liked the old PowWeb primarily because of its unique forum and support environment that allows their customers to interact with each other.
